A1 non-combustible fire-rated fibre cement board for brick slip facade systems with high sound, thermal and moisture resisting properties.

Kemwell KemTrack Brick Slip Tracker Panel board is an A1 fire-rated, non-combustible, highly adaptable and installation time-saving backer board for brick slip cladding systems.

The panels combine moisture and fire resistance properties with high impact strength and sound insulation and are suitable for internal and external use.

Our boards have channels pre-routed into the surface making the process of installing brick slips simple and ensuring a professional finish is simple to achieve.

Kemwell Tracker Panel systems can be installed “in-factory” with modular or offsite type construction methods.

Brick slips used in conjunction with KemTrack Tracker Panels create walls and cladding systems that can produce stunning designs and look realistic and functional.

Brick slips are a highly versatile and cost-effective way of creating a feature wall inside a property and are also suitable for the cladding of public buildings.

Kemwell KemTrack Panels can be bonded to the substrate using a recommended adhesive. This method is suitable for boarding over existing brick or blockwork and is beneficial when the substrate is uneven, as it provides a level surface for the brick slips.

Boards can also be mechanically fixed using 36mm stainless steel washer and screws. This method is suitable for use on timber framed properties, outhouses, and SIPS panels. They can be screwed directly to either timber or steel battens.


