The Campus covers around 3.7 hectares and houses 19 buildings with specialist workshops and workspaces, many of which are shared across similar courses.
The accommodation project on which WeatherKem was used, will house more than 300 students. This project is scheduled for opening 2020/2021.
Kemwell Fire International Limited is delighted to be part of this accomodation project with 7500 sq. m of 12mm WeatherKem and joint kits being installed by the cladding contractor on this redevelopment, Coverworld Construction.
WeatherKem is an A1 non-combustible calcium silicate fibre cement, weather-proof category A building board suitable for interior and exterior applications. It combines weather, moisture and fire resistance properties with high impact strength and sound insulation.
